DNC’s New Scout II 28 Gallon Fuel Tank is finally here! We have spent a lot of time getting this tank right.

After listening to you, our customers, we feel we have come up with a tank that can be used for Carbureted or Fuel Injection Applications. Our 28 Gallon tank is constructed out of heavy 16 gauge cold rolled steel with 1/8″ mounting flanges. It also comes with a nut plate that goes inside the rear crossmember for ease of mounting. This tank gives you more capacity and sits as high as possible so as to not limit your ground clearance. We have also designed this tank so you can add our optional 3/16″ thick skid-plate to it for off-road applications.

This tank was designed from the ground up as a fuel injection tank, but it can also be used as a carbureted tank as well. We have been using the Holley Sniper retro fit in-tank fuel pumps in our 80/800 tanks for years now and this tank was designed to use this great pump as well.

If you are doing and LS, LT or Hemi swap and don’t want to listen to the annoying whine of a frame mounted external pump you will love our new tank.

If you are going to use our tank as a carbureted tank don’t forget to add the optional pickup tube.
