Kit is as described, install went smooth, don’t forget to order the 2 new hub gaskets for each side, one is star shaped and the other is round. Replacing the bearings and races at this time is a good idea, depending on the condition of yours. I went with the IH parts master cylinder because I didn’t have room for the brake booster master cylinder D&C sales due to my supercharged 152 and Jegs oversized heater core. The IH parts master cylinder requires a 9/16” to 3/8” reducer to connect your front disc brake line and 1/2” to 3/8” reducer to connect the rear drum brake line. I did have to grind the axle a little for clearance of the brake caliper but it was no big deal. The 1963 Scout 80 152 stop’s amazingly fast now and has a safety factor since the front and rear brakes are independent of each other. My Scout will do Hwy speed with the supercharger so good brakes are a must.
