Want a cage for your Jeep CJ-5 that has classic clean lines and maximizes head room? D and C Extremes Jeep CJ-5 Fastback cage kit is the answer! The Jeep CJ-5  Fastback cage fits under the stock hard top as well as aftermarket soft tops. Additionally the Jeep CJ-5 Fastback cage allows for use of the parking brake (need to move handle over), glove box, and all dash mounted switches. Looking for options? We offer our standard options like grab handles and seat belt bungs for this cage.

The Jeep CJ-5 Fastback cage is made with quality 1 and 3/4″ Hot Rolled Electric Welded (HREW) tube. If you don’t want anything but the best in materials we offer an upgrade to certified Drawn Over Mandrel (DOM) tube! We purchase all of our tube in 20’ lengths, cut each piece to precise measurements, bend the cage, and pre-notch all the vital joints!

• Main Hoop (behind seats)
• Left and Right Front Spreaders
• Rear Diagonal Bars

Note: Hoops are shipped in two pieces with internal sleeve for reassembly. This saves about $80.00 in shipping cost. We can still ship it to you in one piece if you would like but we must add the additional shipping cost.

Welding and Installation Disclaimer:

All cages come as kits and require assembly and welding. This product requires installation by a competent and certified welder, using high-quality welding equipment and supplies. If you are not a qualified welder you should hire a professional/certified welder from your area. Welding this product should only be done with a minimum 220v/175a MIG Welder and .035 wire. Minor trimming may be needed for exact fitment to customer vehicles. D and C Extreme has made every effort to make cage kits strong and easy to install. However, we cannot control the installation process of our cages and therefore, D and C Extreme cannot and will not guarantee the performance of any cage kit. Drivers of lifted or modified vehicles need to exercise extreme caution when operating said vehicle.
