D-Ring/Shackle Mount 2″ X 1″ With 7/8″ Hole, for use with 3/4″ pin

Our weld on D-Ring/Shackle Mounts are 2″ x  1″, with a 7/8″ hole, designed for a 3/4″ pin, are machined from solid 1″ Bar Stock for very tight tolerances, unlike similar Plasma or  flame cut mounts. Our mounts have a machined hole to fit the D-ring pin much tighter than a cut mount, which keeps the Shackle from bouncing and rattling around in the hole. These mounts are also a full 1″ thick which also helps keep the pin from trying to twist sideways. This mount is designed to to fit on the face of at least 2″ stock. We use these mounts on our signature series rear bumpers which are a 2″ X 6″ rectangle tube, as you can see in the photos below.

Unlike a lot of other mounts on the market, our mounts are 1″ thick. In our opinion, this makes for  a much stronger mount. Not only does it give you more surface area for welding,  it also spreads the load area out more than a 1/2″ or 3/4″ mount.
