YOU MAY RETURN ANY D AND C EXTREME PRODUCT WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE FOR A FULL REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE.

Standard Returns
You are responsible for return shipping charges. Please include all original packaging with your return shipment. Incomplete returns are not be eligible for a full refund if any. No refunds on parts that have been installed, or damaged in shipping, All products may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee, No returns accepted after 30 days.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method that was used. Refunds are generally issued within 3 business days of D and C Extreme receiving all returned goods. Your bank may require additional processing time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non D and C Extreme Brand Returns
Non D and C Extreme branded products may be subject to up to a 20% re-stocking fee. Incomplete returns are not be eligible for a full refund if any. No refunds on parts that have been installed, or damaged in shipping. Items purchased from D and C Extreme must be returned to the store they were purchased from.

Warranty and Defective Returns
If you have been issued a warranty replacement part, we may request you return the defective part. In these cases D and C Extreme pays for the return shipping. If necessary, this procedure will be highlighted further when you’ve submitted a Warranty Claim.
